Mini Haul

Hey everyone...

Just a quick little post today to show you all my mini haul from Urban Outfitters and Topshop. I have been saving my Xmas dosh for quite some time waiting for the perfect moment to go out and spend it and I actually came back with money left over as all of these items (excluding the maroon boots) were an absolute steal.

The burnt orange jumper that you can see in the background of this picture is from Urban Outfitters and this is actually the biggest bargain I have ever come across in my life. I managed to snap it up for £20 when it was actually selling at £155!!! I literally jumped at the sale rack and ran to the till.

These patent black boots were from Topshop and wait for it...they were a mere £10! I have been debating whether to invest in some Dr Martens so I thought while I decided these would be a great replacement.

I have seen quite a few people wearing these boots and normally that is a slight turn off for me as I like to wear things that most people don't have. However, I just couldn't resist. I love the colour and the cool little cut out down the sides makes them even more special, for me personally they are a great investment.

I love having a good rummage around Urban Outfitters jewellery sale, they have some really unique pieces and when they are on sale what is not to like. I managed to get the necklace for £5 and the thumb ring for only £3.

Aztec Print

Hello again,

So as the temperature plummets further into the minus' I am slowly adding layer upon layer to my outfits, however, I did think it would be a bit too excessive to show you my outfit with my coat, scarf and gloves. Anyway, here is what I decided to throw on today...

Cardigan - Minkpink - UO
Dress - Topshop
Jeans - 7forallmankind
Boots - Office

This outfit kept me nice and snuggly throughout the day, as the cardigan by MinkPink is a really thick knit. I layered the cardigan over my Aztec print velvet dress (you could say I have gone slightly tribal mad but hey I just can't get enough of the print), with a sneaky little extra vest top layer underneath. I then paired it with my favourite skinny jeans, they are so tight they actually look like an extra skin and then to top of the outfit I added my flatform office boots.

I have to say these flatform boots are proving to be a bit of a life saver in this weather, I still get to have a bit of height but at the same time I am not in danger of slipping over and breaking my neck in the snow!
